I have to set off for work in less an hour, yet I am still laid up in bed in my PJs and very reluctant to a) leave the bed, b) put on real people’s clothes, c) attempt to tame my hair, or d) put on make-up so I don’t look like the (newly-single) bride of Frankenstein. Murrr.

Feeling better today, although very tired >.< (I slept ok last night, but I still haven’t caught up after Thursday night :/). Every now and then I’ll get that feeling in my throat (I’m too tired to remember the proper term) and feel like I’m going to cry, but so far I’m trudging along OK.

It's not all been bad news today...
I lost another pound on the scale - so I’m the lightest I’ve been since 2010 (and hopefully mandatory post-break up binging won’t affect this :P)
And, even better, I found out I got 75 (Distinction) on my third essay for uni :) (I find out more result over the next 2 weeks).
Feeling a bit better after talking to people, especially after I found out that The Bad Thing isn’t going to happen after all (so that’s made me feel a lot less guilty as he now doesn’t have to face it alone, which was one of the big reasons I stood by him).

The results for our gobbets (mini-essays) still haven’t been released (they were due yesterday >.<), but I did find out that, if last year is anything to go by, then I should be finding out my final MA grade around my birthday.
