Not least because I have work tomorrow, and I don’t really know how that’s gonna go down.

I don’t really want to call in sick with a cold, but then again 1) I don’t want to undo all my recovery by putting myself through my physical paces for 5 hours, 2) I don’t want to infect a bunch of people, 3) I’ve not had a day off sick for the whole 4 months I’ve been there (for me, this is amazing (I am a very sickly person)) so it’s not like they’ll be thinking I’m completely unreliable - this plus the fact I’ve even missed uni cos of this cold demonstrates I’m not a lazy twat who’s faking, surely?

Also, I’m not getting enough uni stuff done. Ok 3/4 essays have been handed in, and the only one outstanding has been done as a draft and handed in for checking since Monday… but I’m still on edge. Not least because that draft is due in (as a final, complete essay) on Tuesday and my supervisor still hasn’t sent me it back with her comments (and considering that it’s 7pm on Friday night, then the earliest will almost certainly be Monday morning - so if there are revisions to be made, I sure as hell don’t want to be ill on Monday and spending the day stressing the fuck out over 15% of my final grade  >.<).

Sorry. I’m ill and feeling sorry for myself and I needed to vent.

Look at it this way: at least I’m not crying over Damo on this occasion :P
